⚡Nòt Film Fest's Logbook-Day 3⚡

Aggiornamento: ago 31

✨Hi rebel readers!

Another festival day is over and we're increasingly happy with the wonderful community of film enthusiasts that has been created in the background of the magical Santarcangelo di Romagna's landscape ✨

✨Our journey started at Nòt Lounge with an amazing interview with the Oscar nominee director Doug Roland who talked to Nòt Film Fest about the difficult, but exciting process of creating his short movie Feeling Through (premiered last night). A 10-year process that has brought him tones of awards and acknowledgement.

✨The day passed and at 6.00 PM the Sferisterio welcomed lots of people and it came to life thanks to a lot of exciting activities by the cry of: let's connect with each other and stay together while enjoying the atmosphere!✨

✨The night went by in the best possible way. The lights came up and the doors of the lounge opened to welcome filmmakers, actors and guests from all over the world. It was created a very stimulating environment of exchange between artists of all kinds.

Among the evening's guests who walked the Red Carpet there were Piper De Palma, who will present at Nòt 2021 her directorial debut Carmilla and Rebecca Morandi, producer of Highway One, the feature film of the night .✨

✨Today it's another day full of films, workshops and joy!

Your loyal blog author will suggest you which events you don't have to miss out!✨

✨I recommend you to be at Supercinema as soon as possible!

Sign up for the workshop "Editor in cinema" by Matteo Santi at 11.00 AM and you could know more about the editor work and all the secrets behind the editing of a film!✨

✨Then, eat something and get ready for the afternoon!✨

✨You don't have to miss out on the screenings at 3.00

PM, the "European Shorts" selection, a collection of short films from different countries of Europe. At the screening you can meet Martin D. Guevara, director of Shot, a short film on a couple who meet each other after 40 years of silence. Martin competed at Nòt Film Fest 2020 with Last Stand. ✨

✨Moreover, Lorenzo Follari, an italian writer-director based in Stoccolma, will be present at the screening with his short film Offshore

✨Afterwards, run and see the documentary French Kiss goes to Oulu by Fred Reau (present at the screening). A very funny feature documentary about the world of air guitar✨

✨After watching a selection of very good movies, change location and get relaxed while drinking something! ✨

✨So, go to Castle Bar at Sferisterio, look at the marvellous sunset view and listen to Peter Baxter and Brian Welsh! Thanks to years of experience in the cinema industry, they will talk about Indie Cinema Today and how the industry has changed in years✨

✨A rare opportunity to learn the secrets of the trade! ✨
