Ognuno di loro ha guidato produzioni così uniche, tra queste per Sarah Carte A Pity (2022), In Her Name (2021); per Kyle Stroud Dreamer (2023), Padre Pio (2022), Card Counter (2023) e per James Oliver The Tutor (2023). Abbiamo riunito i tre per una tavola rotonda per discutere, dei loro progetti preferiti, di consigli di carriera per i giovani registi, dell'evoluzione imprevedibile del business del cinema indipendente di fronte alle nuove tecnologie cinematografiche e piattaforme di distribuzione.

Taken together, the collective thumbprint left on the last 5 years of cinema by Los Angeles emerging indie producers Sarah Carter, Kyle Stroud and James Oliver is staggering.

Each of them have shepherded such unique productions including for Sarah Carte A Pity (2022), In Her Name (2021); for Kyle Stroud Padre Pio (2023), Dreamer (2023), Card Counter (2023) and for James Oliver The Tutor (2023). We gather the three together for a roundtable discussion to touch on everything from favorite projects, to career advice for young filmmakers, to the unpredictable evolution of the indie film business in the face of new filmmaking technologies and distribution platforms.
